Delivery and Return Policy

Effective from: 11.7.2026

This delivery and return policy applies to all orders placed in Uusfam's online store.

1. Delivery Area

Uusfam currently delivers products within Finland. Should deliveries be expanded to other countries, it will be announced separately in the online store.

2. Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered according to the customer's choice using the delivery methods available in the online store at the time. Our options include, for example:

3. Delivery Time

We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery time may be affected by factors such as weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, and potential delays by transport companies. If delivery is significantly delayed, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method and will be communicated to the customer before confirming the order.

5. Inspection of Received Shipment

We ask that you inspect the shipment as soon as possible after receiving it. If the package is externally damaged during transport, we recommend making a damage claim with the transport company and contacting Uusfam's customer service without delay.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel an order placed in the online store within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Notification of withdrawal must be given to Uusfam before the 14-day period expires. The returned product must be sent back within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal.

7. Condition of Returned Product

The returned product must be substantially in the same condition as when it was received. If the product has been used more than what is necessary to ascertain its characteristics and its value has decreased, Uusfam has the right to deduct the depreciation from the refunded amount in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

8. Products Without a Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products for which an exception is stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act. The random content of collectible cards or the rarity of individual cards does not constitute grounds for return.

9. Defective or Incorrect Product

If the delivered product is defective, damaged, or significantly deviates from what was ordered, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Uusfam is responsible for return costs incurred due to a defective product.

10. Refund of Money

We will refund payments in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act within 14 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product. The refund will primarily be made using the same payment method the customer used when paying for the order.

11. Unclaimed Shipments

An unclaimed shipment is not the same as cancelling an order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. If a shipment is returned to Uusfam as unclaimed without proper notice of withdrawal, Uusfam has the right to deduct the incurred delivery and return costs from the refunded amount to the extent permitted by law.

12. Products Purchased from Customer

When Uusfam purchases collectible cards or other products from a customer, it is not a case of a company's distance selling to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act. Therefore, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to the purchase agreement between the customer and Uusfam. Once a purchase offer has been accepted and the transaction confirmed, the agreement is binding on both parties.

13. Complaints

Please report any errors related to delivery or product as soon as possible. The notification should include the order number, a description of the problem, and any photos of the product or packaging.
