Agreement Terms
Effective from: 11.7.2026
These agreement terms apply to Uusfam's online store and all orders placed in the online store. By placing an order, you accept these agreement terms.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights of a consumer under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory legislation.

2. Scope of Application
These agreement terms apply to all orders placed in Uusfam's online store. The products in the online store are intended for both private individuals and businesses. Consumer protection legislation applies to consumer sales.
We reserve the right to update these agreement terms. The terms applicable to an order will always be those in force at the time of placing the order.
3. Products
Uusfam sells new and used collectible cards, sealed collectible products, and other products available in the online store. The condition of used products is carefully evaluated and described as accurately as possible. Any significant defects will be stated in the product information.
4. Prices
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include the valid value-added tax. Any delivery costs will be indicated before the order is accepted. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors.
5. Ordering
Uusfam reserves the right not to accept an order, for example, in the following situations:
- product out of stock
- obvious pricing error
- technical malfunction
- payment failure
- suspicion of misuse
6. Formation of Contract
A binding sales contract is formed when Uusfam accepts the order by sending an order confirmation or by delivering the order to the customer.
7. Payment
Online store payments are processed securely through the Shopify Payments service. Uusfam does not process or store customer payment card information.
8. Product Availability
In exceptional cases, a product may be out of stock or cannot be delivered. In such a situation, the customer will be notified as soon as possible, and the payment will be refunded without delay.
9. Liability for Defects
If the delivered product is defective or damaged, the customer has the right to legal remedies under the Consumer Protection Act. Please report defects without delay.
10. Collectible Cards Purchased from Customers
Uusfam may purchase collectible cards from customers. When a customer accepts a purchase offer and Uusfam confirms the deal, a binding contract is formed. The seller warrants that they are the legal owner of the products. The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to such sales contracts.
11. Limitation of Liability
Uusfam is not responsible for indirect damages or delays due to force majeure.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
The content of the online store belongs to Uusfam or its partners. Copying content without permission is prohibited.
13. Data Protection
More detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found in Uusfam's privacy policy.
14. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These agreement terms are governed by Finnish law. A consumer may refer a matter to the Consumer Disputes Board if an agreement cannot be reached.
15. Copyrights and Trademarks
Pokémon, One Piece, Riftbound, and related names, logos, characters, illustrations, and other identifiers are trademarks and/or copyrighted property of their respective rights holders.
This website sells genuine collectible cards and related products. Products may be new or used, and they have been acquired through legal distribution channels, resellers, or private individuals.
All product images used on this website are photographs taken by the online store itself, unless otherwise stated. The copyrights of the photographs belong to the online store. The rights to the products, trademarks, characters, and other intellectual property visible in the images belong to their original rights holders.
This online store operates as an independent reseller and is not owned, operated, or officially endorsed by Pokémon, One Piece, Riftbound, or other rights holders, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
